STEP 1:
Install JDK from the following website.
http://download.cnet.com/windows/debugging-software/?tag=bc
STEP 2:
Select your system either 64 or 32 bit and press Download now button.
STEP 3:
After the completion of downloading, install the JDK by following the instructions given by installer.
STEP 4:
Now install NETBEANS IDE from the following link.
https://netbeans.org/downloads/

STEP 3:
After the completion of downloading, install the JDK by following the instructions given by installer.
STEP 4:
Now install NETBEANS IDE from the following link.
https://netbeans.org/downloads/
If you want to install the complete kit press the last download button (210 MB) otherwise select the your desired option.
STEP 5:
After the completion of downloading install it on default settings or install it on your desired drive.
Now you are ready to use your JAVA compiler. :)
